Refugees from the Yugoslav province of Kosovo make their way throught the Albanian hills near Tropoja. Some 40,000 people have fled the fighting since the latest Serb offensive began a week ago, many crossing the border to Albania, which has been struggling to cope with the flood of refugees. More than 50 ethnic Albanians have been killed and about 200 are missing, a separatist leader said Friday.
